undertime (ˈʌndəˌtaɪm )

(informal) the time spent by an employee at work in non-work-related activities like socializing, surfing the internet, making personal telephone calls, etc

And while undertime may well be the nemesis of overtime, it does not necessarily mean that an employee's production will drop.
