An HRA lets you set aside a specific amount of pre-tax dollars for employees to pay for
health care expenses on an annual basis.
As the employer, you establish the medical expenses for which the HRA funds may be used.
In the U.S., an HRA is a program that allows an employer to set aside funds to reimburse medical expenses
paid by participating employees.
