( Insurance : Medical insurance )
Under the PPACA, enacted in March 2010, small employers may be eligible to claim a tax credit of
35 percent of qualified health insurance premium costs paid by a taxable employer.

broken healthcare system.
The PPACA is a 2010 federal law that reformed some public health insurance programs and parts
of the private health insurance industry in the U.S.
